After our flower dissecting exploration a few weeks ago, we put the remaining flowers we had collected into our leaf press.  After waiting patiently, today we decided to unveil the flowers!

The girls were inspired by their beauty and it was a great opportunity to review the parts of the flower we discussed during the dissection.  Now we have a wonderful supply of dried flowers that we will used for other playful learning experiences.  We have already made sunprints and stationery (see below).
